Mitchell Smith Design Build is a full service residential remodel and tenant improvement firm, with a particular passion for Mid-Century Modern house remodels.
 
We specialize in creating inspirational indoor outdoor living spaces influenced by Asian modern architecture and zen style from Bali, Japan, and Singapore.  Past published projects include a remodel of a 1954 Ibsen Nelsen mid-century house, and the firm has received numerous accolades for other craftsman, modern, and contemporary house transformations.
 
Mitchell Smith Design Build is your partner through the full design process and project execution. We supply schematics; secure building permits; provide construction documents drawings, are the project management and construction administration; design interiors; make finish selections; design exteriors and hardscape to maximize curb appeal; and offer specialty landscape design.

Mitchell L. Smith - Mitchell Smith Design Build Founder. Formerly with Callison Architecture, Inc for 10 years (Projects include: Nordstrom Stores, Boeing Chicago, Seattle Space Needle, High-rise Mix-use Office Building, Retail malls, Microsoft Redmond Campus & Banks buildings). Mitchell decided to pursue his passion for residential home design-build and landscapes.
